In 2017, director Karyl Newman found a collection of family snapshots, polaroids and ephemera in Big Rock Wash. Working with past collaborators and Llano del Rio research from Yale's Beinecke Library, small works unmask the colony's racism in a series of carte de visites. a crowdsourced smartphone tool to report waste and recover materials for creative reuse

 Participate in citizen science by using your smartphone to help repair Blightsites by documenting TRASHED locations along dirt roads and public spaces. The reports populate a public map to monitor illegal dumping and identify sites for cleanup or recovery.
